Return & Refund Policy
Returns You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Department at +971 6 74 11 444 or complete our Return Request Form.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Products without proof of purchase or receipt
- Hygiene products
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to an error by Khaleej Pack Industry
Return Shipping Charges Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for returns (15 AED), except for returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered by Khaleej Pack Industry. Returns should be sent to Khaleej Pack Industry L.L.C, Plot No: 0546, Area 01, Sector 5, Umm Al Quwain, UAE.
For returns exceeding 5 cartons, a charge of up to 50 AED may apply depending on the weight of the product.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its receipt and the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 14-21 working days from the date we receive the return package. (Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays.)
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer only.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time for the refund to be posted.
- Contact your bank, as there might be processing delays. If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@khaleejlinks.com.
Items on Promotion (if applicable) Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Items purchased during promotions (including Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 Get 1, or minimum spend offers) are non-refundable.
Cancelled Orders (if applicable) If you cancel an online order before it is dispatched from our warehouse, a refund will be processed within 14-21 working days from the cancellation date. For orders canceled after dispatch, a cancellation fee of 15 AED will apply.
Exchanges (if applicable) We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, please contact us. If an error was made by Khaleej Pack Industry in the dispatch, we will arrange to collect the incorrect item and deliver the correct one at no extra charge.
Defective or Low-Quality Products If a product purchased is defective or of low quality, you may return it in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt by contacting Customer Service at sales@khaleejlinks.com. Claims made after 14 days or for partially used/opened packages are not eligible for return or refund.
This Clause 19 sets forth your sole and exclusive right to a refund.
